Order Processing Time

  • Same-Day Shipping: We aim to ship most orders the same day when placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Standard Processing Time: Allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing. This timeframe ensures we carefully prepare and package your items.
  • Custom Orders: Items marked as "Custom Orders" on the product pages may require additional processing time. Please refer to individual product descriptions for any specific details.

Shipping Carriers & Services

We work with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Our primary carrier for most shipments, providing reliable and cost-effective delivery services.
  • FedEx: Used for expedited shipping options and larger items.
  • UPS: Occasionally used for select items or shipping destinations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight, and the size of your order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location:
    • USPS Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
    • FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days
    • UPS Ground: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Business Hours & Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders during our normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Central Time).
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100, applicable within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, custom orders, or deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories may incur additional shipping fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at 817-594-5868 or jamie.mitt@gmail.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Special Considerations

  • Weekend & Holiday Shipping: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
